White Glove CME provides continuing medical education (CME/CE) planning and advisory services for licensed healthcare providers. For a flat fee, we produce a written plan identifying the continuing-education hours and state-mandated topics you need for a given license renewal, and the deadline by which to complete them. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Use the site only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Abstain from unauthorized use or content scraping

2. Nature of Our Service — Planning and Advisory Only

Our deliverable is information and a plan. To be clear about what we do and do not do:

• We are not an accredited CME provider and we do not grant CME or CE credit. You complete accredited courses through approved course providers; we identify and plan, we do not accredit.
• We never access your accounts, log into CME platforms or board portals, or submit, report, or file anything with any licensing board on your behalf.
• Your completed-hours and current status are self-reported. We rely on the information you provide and do not independently verify it with any external source.
• You retain final responsibility to verify all requirements directly with your licensing board. We do not guarantee any license, renewal, or other outcome.

3. Course Recommendations & Affiliate Disclosure

Any course recommendations we provide are ranked by fit for your requirements, never by commission. Some links may be affiliate or sponsored links, meaning we may earn a fee if you purchase through them. Where this is the case, we disclose it clearly in accordance with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. You are never obligated to use a recommended course, and you should confirm any course is accredited and acceptable to your board before relying on it.

4. Third-Party Services

We may reference or connect you to third-party services (e.g., accredited course providers, website hosts, email and payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party actions or terms. Any interaction with external vendors is at your own discretion.

5. Privacy

Your use of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we manage your data.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content including graphics, layouts, copy, and logos is the property of White Glove CME and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

These Terms may be modified at any time. Updates will be posted here and effective immediately. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
