Reseller program questions
What's in a CME plan I resell?
The same plan we sell directly: the total hours the renewal requires, each state-mandated topic, the deadline, and what's left after the hours the clinician has already completed. We plan; we aren't an accredited CME provider, so the clinician takes the courses elsewhere.
How are plans counted for clinicians with several licenses?
One plan per set of renewal requirements. A multistate nurse license is one plan. A physician licensed in three states needs three, because each state sets its own hours, topics and dates.
What does it cost to become a reseller?
$10,000, paid once. It covers every service line in the program: licensing, credentialing, medical billing, bookkeeping and marketing. The 25% discount applies to services, not to the setup fee.
How much is the reseller discount?
25% off our list price on every service, including the percentage-based ones like medical billing and ad management. It lasts as long as you're a reseller.
Can I charge my clients whatever I want?
Yes. You bill your clients directly and set your own prices. Your cost is our list price less 25%, and everything above that is yours.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. Your clients hire you, pay you and call you. We do the work in the background, under your brand or ours, whichever your client expects.
Can I resell services this website doesn't offer?
Yes. The setup fee covers the whole White Glove family, not only White Glove CME. The other service lines are listed at the bottom of this page.
What if I'd rather just refer clients?
Join the affiliate program instead. There's no fee. You send clients to us, we sell to them, do the work and bill them, and you earn 15% of everything we bill each client for 2 years.
