How It Works

Three steps from confusion to a plan you can act on.

1. Tell us your license(s)

Share your license type, state, and renewal date — plus anything you've already completed.

2. We build your plan

We map your exact CME/CE hours, every state-mandated topic, and your deadline into one clear plan.

3. You know exactly what to take

Walk away knowing precisely which accredited courses to complete, and by when — no more guessing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly do I get for $99?

+
A clear, written CME plan for one license renewal. It spells out how many continuing-education (CME/CE) hours you need, which state-mandated topics you must cover (for example opioid/controlled-substance, ethics, implicit bias, or human trafficking), and the deadline you need to hit. It is information and planning only — you take the accredited courses elsewhere.

Do you grant CME credit or run the courses?

+
No. We are not an accredited CME provider and we do not grant CME credit. We identify and plan exactly what you need; you complete accredited courses through approved course providers. If we point you to a course, the recommendation is ranked by fit for your requirements, and any affiliate or sponsored link carries a clear disclosure.

Do you log into my board portal or report my hours?

+
Never. We do not access your accounts, log into CME platforms or board portals, or submit, report, or file anything with any board on your behalf. The deliverable is a plan you act on yourself.

I hold licenses in more than one state. How does that work?

+
One multistate (compact) nurse license is one plan. Multiple separate state physician licenses are one plan each, because each license has its own requirements and renewal date. We make the math plain before you pay.

How do you know what I've already completed?

+
You tell us. Your completed-hours status is self-reported — we use what you share to build the plan, and we do not verify it externally. You remain responsible for confirming your final requirements with your licensing board.

What does it cost?

+
A flat $99 per plan, per license renewal. No monthly fee, no subscription. See our pricing page for how multiple licenses are counted.
